The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a crucial role to the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as the agile development framework within AGCO. The role contributes to the definition and continuous improvement of all processes and tools necessary for cross-functional teams to enable them to successfully deliver new products. Specific responsibilities of the RTE are (but not limited to) facilitating "Agile Release Train" (ART) processes and execution including facilitating relevant sync events, help educate the ART in SAFe, help removing impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. The RTE will be working with a varying number of involved brands, products and functions on an global base.
