What You Will Be Doing You will participate to EP/EPC European Projects about Design and Built activities in terms of new water treatment plants. You manage tracking and expediting activities for Equipments including document controlling, working closely with Procurement team, Engineering and Project Management under the accountability and operational management of the Sourcing Project leader. The is a contractor position and based in Tatabánya, Hungary . Key Functions & Responsibilities Issue the PO from SAP ERP system based on the Negotiated terms. Follow the status of the PO from issuance till delivery ensuring that vendor is proceeding according to the project schedule. Organizing and leading the Supplier kick off meeting after Purchase order issued Creation and maintenance of the Expediting tracker based on the input from Procurement & Engineering & Logistics teams and from vendors Maintaining the communication with vendor and with the project team Expediting and controlling the incoming and outgoing transmittals with vendor Follow the Sourcing and Procurement strategy of the certain project. Participating actively in negotiations of Purchasing packages Managing vendor invoices Managing vendor database Core Requirements Fluent English (written & spoken) Bachelor's degree in commercial or engineering high school. Precise administration Good time management Good prioritization skills Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication with suppliers and internal customers Experience in expediting / operational buying, project business experience would be a plus Understanding the milestones of manufacturing General understanding of Electrical & Instrumentation, Mechanical Equipment, Piping and Fabrication categories. Mechanical and Electrical Installation as a plus. Knowledge of excel / google sheets. Ability to work in a Multicultural environment in Project mode.
