Lead Finance Analyst - Business Analyst

Job Summary This role is responsible for developing and managing P&L (profitability by product and sales channel) and balance sheet reporting and analysis for all production at Oroszlany and Zeewolde (ie: Product Platform), focusing on Zeeweed. Working closely with Supply Chain finance and standard costing, the analysis produced will support S&OP review processes for decision-making by management on production targets and timing, and sales decisions (sales channels, products, regions, etc). The position will help implement and/or improve processes which help the business to understand its inventory flow, supporting operations to optimize allocation to regions while improving the cash position of the company. This role is also responsible for the improvement and standardization of underlying supply chain/products finance processes. Essential requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration Ability to work in a team and independently as well Ability to work in a global environment with teams across many different functions Fluency in English Strong expertise in financial analysis & participation in projects Excellent knowledge of FP&A and management reporting principles, activities and processes Computer proficiency in SAP Problem solving mindset Desired qualifications Knowledge of AP, AR, Credit and Treasury related functional processes Strategic thinking Analytical skills, data analysis and data visualization Tableau experience Interest in inventing and improving, standardizing BS related reports Tasks and responsibilities Understand and analyze the profitability by product and the impacts of cost allocations. Develop analysis regarding sales channels in partnership with commercial teams and PSI/S&OP team so as to support decision making Understand and analyze the inventory flow in supply chain and commercial channels (Products,Projects, Services and regions), and use this as basis for developing reports for the business to help optimize the flow, and be able to pivot in a timely manner for better allocation and consequently improve the cash position Work with the Brilliant Fulfillment team to understand what master data changes are necessary for better visibility and help to optimize the process, develop analytical processes Understand working capital items in the BS, investigate with the help of different teams how current processes work, and identify opportunities to improve, make suggestions if necessary Establish cash flow reporting standards in ORO first, and in time extend these to other Zeeweed related plants (IMT, Wuxi), to help the business understand the ZW product generated cash Cash flow and inventory forecasting Collaboration with partner departments and experts to fulfil above requirements Assist with any ad hoc tasks to ensure the FP&A team manages its deliverables prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting Take into consideration business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. Identify opportunities for process improvements and policy development and engage in the design. Education & Experience Essential Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent Minimum 7+ years' experience in a Manufacturing Finance/Accounting role; leadership experience SAP experience Advanced Excel user - strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, Vlookup, and Macros), MS Access skills and Tableau experience desirable Desired Characteristics Proficiency MS Office Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to anticipate, identify and resolve complex financial issues Proven excellent analytical abilities Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Proven ability to lead and execute Team player Working Conditions (Specify % of travel involved if applicable, physical conditions, interaction with any hazardous material, work environment, etc.)
