What you"ll do: We are looking for an engaged person with a mature attitude to provide development, test automation, and maintenance in the following areas: Developing new functionality Code ownership Solving customer requests through the message handling system Generating code corrections & code improvements Participation in the development feedback channel. Quality assurance in your responsibility area Testing: ongoing development of test cases during the implementation phase & module integration Supporting quality activities like test-driven development and the creation of automated tests What you bring: University degree in information technology, mathematics, or engineering Proficiency in object-oriented programming and strong technical skills Excellent English language skills written and oral Experience in Fiori UI development with JS, SAP UI5, OPA5 and Cucumber Experience with the following technologies and concepts is considered as an advantage: ABAP SQL/SQL Script/RDBMS/HANA (CDS) REST/OData protocols Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g. ABAP Unit Tests, Jenkins) Customer handling and communication Experience with cloud development processes/paradigms Enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills, results-driven attitude Drive for proactive problem solving. Handling any conflicts in a conscious and fair manner. Ability to work in new, dynamic environments Open minded, problem-solving attitude and positive spirit Creative thinking, willingness and ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly Highly customer and service-oriented attitude with a strong focus on quality Flexibility and ability to adapt to new tasks and challenges quickly Analytical thinking and a self-motivated working attitude Preferred skills: Full stack development experience Knowledge of Agile Software Engineering methods Experience in cloud application development Experience in software quality assurance Business knowledge in Supply Chain Management might be beneficial Meet your team: SAP SCM solutions have achieved a leading market position and are used by more than 2,500 customers worldwide.
