These meetings (in-person or virtually) are specifically designedand customized for each international relocation. We accomplish this by administering adetailed Needs Analysis followed by a phone interview between the client and the program facilitator.We pride ourselves on providing highly experienced, culture-sensitive experts to work with ourexpat clients. Based on the topic and the needs of the client, we may enlist two or more of theseexperts to provide appropriate and up-to-date information. We are hiring a Hungarian-speaking Cultural Trainer to provide customized virtual sessions to our clients in the USA Job Information: Cultural Trainer to present content in a virtual setting Presentation of 1 day (8 hours) virtual program (the program can be split up into a few smaller sessions). Required trainer language: Hungarian Number of students: 2 Ability to create content for the event Topics: Adjusting to life in the US (more details to follow) Responsibilities: Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging sessions that prepare attendees for the cultural adjustment curve Delivering personalized programs that address business, social, and the skills needed to achieve cultural competence Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner Qualifications: Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in Hungarian Proficiency in English enough to work with English speaking team Previous experience in providing Cultural Training Trainers have either a degree or have attended classes and/or seminars in Intercultural Studies or related fields Home and Host Country experience is preferred but not required Good communication and presentation skills All Global LT trainer positions are freelance positions.
