Looking for a senior developer & professional lead of our Power BI team working on both daily support as well as various projects. Team Management: BI Leads are responsible for leading and managing a team of BI analysts, developers, and other relevant professionals. This includes task assignment, performance evaluation, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Project Management: BI Leads oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of BI projects. They ensure that projects are aligned with business goals, delivered on time, and meet quality standards. Data Analysis and Reporting: BI Leads work closely with their team to analyze complex data sets, derive meaningful insights, and present findings in a clear and actionable manner. This involves the use of BI tools and technologies to create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Data Governance: Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and security of data is a crucial aspect of BI. BI Leads establish and enforce data governance policies to maintain data integrity and compliance with regulations. Technology Management: BI Leads are responsible for evaluating and implementing BI tools and technologies that align with the organization's needs. This includes staying updated on the latest trends in BI and recommending improvements to existing systems. Collaboration with Stakeholders: BI Leads collaborate with business leaders, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs. They translate these requirements into actionable plans for the BI team. Training and Development: BI Leads support the continuous learning and development of their team members.
