Possible work models: Employee In-office / Hybrid Full-time This job is for you if: You have at least 5 years of work experience as a project manager or producer, preferably in the video game or film industry You’ve worked in an international environment, with predominantly American, Western European, or Asian business partners You’re an outstandingly precise, responsible organizer, with a highly structured way of thinking and the ability to create and track highly complex schedules You have excellent verbal communication and writing skills in English You are an expert in modern project management methods and tools Playing video games is still - and has always been - much more than just a hobby for you. Your cover letter should also introduce your past and present as a gamer. Your task will be: To create and track detailed production plans and ensure their completion To take part in the daily planning and monitoring of development tasks, and define priorities To actively prepare for potential issues and blockers that could prevent the team achieving their goals on time Critically assessing development processes, and giving recommendations for possible improvements with regards to workflow, software, and tools Communicating with freelancers, the representatives of publishers, and other partner companies It`s advantageous if: Your university degree is related to business development, project management, or IT You’ve worked in the video game development team of at least one published game You are, or were, experienced at programming in any language, and IDE Powered by JazzHR
