Possible work models: Employee In-office / Hybrid Full-time / Part-time This job is for you if: You possess a high level of empathy and an exceptionally social personality, you love meeting and engaging with new people, and are very good at building bonds and influencing others You demonstrate outstanding analytical and organizational skills, e.g. you have a proven history of successful event organization or project management You have outstanding verbal communication and writing skills in both Hungarian and English You're a passionate gamer who plays hardcore and mid-core games daily on PC and/or consoles – Your cover letter is required to thoroughly introduce your past and present as a gamer Your task will be: Managing and improving our whole recruitment pipeline and people operations, including: Working with all departments to explore and deeply understand hiring needs, collecting labor market intelligence, drafting and handling job postings and ads, exploring and utilizing job boards and other sourcing channels, and managing our accounts with recruitment partners Managing our applicant tracking system and applicant database, conducting reference checks, organizing interviews, hosting candidates when they come onsite, and ensuring a positive experience for their whole journey with us Managing Primal's efforts in employer branding, organizing our presence at industry meetups and career expos, being our ambassador and engaging with great people in professional communities and events, and headhunting job-seeking talents on LinkedIn and other platforms Assisting in the relocations of hires from abroad Keeping an eye on and supporting the onboarding of new hires Keeping an eye on and supporting the professional and personal development of everyone at the studio, organizing workshops and training courses, and helping with career paths Tending to the well-being of the whole Primal team, designing packages of employee benefits and perks, organizing onsite and offsite activities, representing employees' interests with the studio's management It`s advantageous if: You have qualifications and work experience in recruitment and people management You have practical experience in any other field of game development You have work experience as a project manager You have excellent skills in presenting to larger audiences Powered by JazzHR
